Privacy Policy
This policy explains how GWS CLI Integration, operated as a personal productivity application by Syarif Workspace, accesses and uses Google user data.
1. Information the application accesses
After the user grants permission, the application may access Google Drive files and folders and Google Sheets spreadsheets that are required to complete a user-requested task. Typical tasks include uploading a receipt image to a user-selected Drive folder and adding receipt details to a user-selected spreadsheet.
2. How information is used
Google user data is used solely to carry out actions explicitly requested by the authorized user. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or unrelated analytics.
3. Data sharing
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the authorized automation, subject to their applicable security and privacy controls.
4. Data storage and retention
Receipt images and transaction records are stored in the user's own Google Drive and Google Sheets account. Temporary copies may be processed in the application environment while completing a requested task. They are retained only as needed to provide the requested operation or troubleshoot it, after which temporary copies may be removed. Content stored in Google remains under the user's control until the user deletes it.
5. Security
The application uses Google OAuth 2.0 and requests only permissions needed for its Drive and Sheets functions. OAuth credentials and tokens are treated as confidential and are not intentionally exposed publicly.
6. User choices and deletion
Users can delete uploaded files and spreadsheet records directly from their Google account. Users can also revoke the application's access from their Google Account security settings. To request deletion of temporary application-side data, contact the address below.
7. Google API Services disclosure
GWS CLI Integration's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
